Shipping and Returns

At Blinkers, we strive to fulfill every order as quickly as possible. In most cases, we process your order within one business day of placement.

Orders placed before 4 PM EST Monday–Friday are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the following business day. However, occasional exceptions may occur.

Shipping Methods:

  • Free First-Class Package Shipping on orders over $40 (2-5 business days)

  • First-Class Package (2-5 business days)

  • Priority Shipping (1-3 business days)

  • Priority Express (1-2 business days)

IMPORTANT: Estimated delivery times are NOT GUARANTEED, and shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Business days do not include weekends or holidays, and there is no weekend or holiday delivery for any shipping method. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, or internationally.

Shipping Rates:

All domestic shipping rates are automatically generated and may vary by location. You will be able to review the shipping rates before completing your order.

Important Notice:

All packages are shipped with tracking information to ensure secure delivery. Once tracking shows that a package has been delivered, Blinkers is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe a delivery notification was made in error, you must contact the mail carrier using the tracking details provided.

Replacements

Blinkers is proud to offer the Blinkers Quality Guarantee on all in-house products. If you receive an item with a battery issue, clogging, leaking, or another quality-related concern, we’re here to make it right.

To request a replacement, visit BlinkersQuality.com/satisfaction and complete the Quality Guarantee Form within 30 days of purchase. Our customer service team will review your request and contact you via email with further details.

You may be required to provide photos/videos of the issue or return the defective product for inspection.

For defective devices, you can return items without additional shipping charges by marking the original package as “RETURN TO SENDER” and placing it in an outbound mailbox.

If you purchased your device from a local retailer, you must provide proof of purchase, details about the retail location, and purchase date.

Replacements are issued only for the original item and flavor purchased or the closest available alternative.

If you received incorrect items, notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing sales@blinkerdsiosable.uk The items must remain in unopened, original packaging to be eligible for replacement.

Return Policy

You may return unopened products in original packaging within 30 days from the order date for a refund of the purchase price.

Return Processing:

  • If the item is damaged or defective, we may request photos before issuing a replacement or refund.

  • For returns on promotional items, all items included in the promotion must be returned. If a promotional item is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, report it within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement. Exchanges are only available for the exact item purchased, unless the item is unavailable.

How to Request a Return or Refund:

  1. Contact us via the Contact Us page to verify your item’s eligibility for return.

  2. Repackage the item with all original parts, packaging materials, and instructions. Poor repackaging may result in a refusal of return.

  3. Use appropriate packaging (padded envelopes or boxes). Do NOT send items back in a regular envelope.

  4. Include a copy of the original Packing List in the return package.

  5. For verified defective returns, a replacement will be issued. For non-defective returns, return shipping instructions will be emailed to you.

Refunds are typically processed within 2-5 business days of receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method. However, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to fully process.
